Mayor Broome Extends Closure of City-Parish Buildings

BATON ROUGE, LA – AUGUST 30, 2021 — Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome announced Monday the closure of all City-Parish buildings — including City Hall and all community centers — is extended through Wednesday, September 1. City-Parish buildings are restricted to essential personnel only.

Restricted access to City-Parish buildings will be re-evaluated as we assess the safety of our roadways and facilities.
